3D scanned. Drawn first.

Every donor vehicle is scanned to sub-millimetre accuracy before any engineering work begins. Mount points, panel surfaces, internal structure.

02 · Battery systems

Pack design, in house.

Cells, BMS, structural enclosure, mounts, isolation. Sized to the vehicle, the duty cycle, and the operator's depot charging.

03 · Validation

Every drivetrain configuration runs on the bench before it goes in a vehicle. Driveshafts, mounts, motor controllers, all validated under load.

No outsourced subassemblies. No offshore manufacturing. Every car you see was built in this room.

Tuned per platform.

Each motor unit is calibrated for the vehicle it goes into. Torque mapping, regen profile, low-speed manoeuvring, all tuned per platform.

Most fleet electrification is procurement. Battery from one vendor, motor from another, controller from a third, harness from a fourth. The integrator decides if it works.

We do all of that ourselves. CAD, machining, fabrication, electronics, wiring, software, certification. One engineering counterpart for the whole vehicle.

And when something needs repair five years from now, we open the component. We don't replace the assembly. Different cost-of-ownership conversation.
