Commercial
The same drivetrain that powers a Series Land Rover scales up to power buses, commercial trucks, and export vehicles. Built for operators who need engineering, not adapters.
Three thousand parts per vehicle. All in-house.
Every donor vehicle is scanned to sub-millimetre accuracy before any engineering work begins. Mount points, panel surfaces, internal structure.
Cells, BMS, structural enclosure, mounts, isolation. Sized to the vehicle, the duty cycle, and the operator's depot charging.
Every drivetrain configuration runs on the bench before it goes in a vehicle. Driveshafts, mounts, motor controllers, all validated under load.
No outsourced subassemblies. No offshore manufacturing. Every car you see was built in this room.
Each motor unit is calibrated for the vehicle it goes into. Torque mapping, regen profile, low-speed manoeuvring, all tuned per platform.
Vehicles in service
ABLE Coach
22-seater bus body on a factory four-by-four cab chassis. Purpose-built three-speed transmission for steep gradients and highway efficiency.
Jeepney
200,000+ jeepneys serve the Philippines. We proved the conversion path: two centre packs, one rear pack, central motor, drive shaft to rear axle.
Toyota Coaster
22-seater Coaster electrified for tourism and resort operators. 200km daily range. Depot DC charging. Configurable interior.
Why work with Jaunt
Most fleet electrification is procurement. Battery from one vendor, motor from another, controller from a third, harness from a fourth. The integrator decides if it works.
We do all of that ourselves. CAD, machining, fabrication, electronics, wiring, software, certification. One engineering counterpart for the whole vehicle.
And when something needs repair five years from now, we open the component. We don't replace the assembly. Different cost-of-ownership conversation.
We work with operators who need engineering, not adapters. Tell us about your vehicles.
