Service & Support
Annual service, remote diagnostics, parts in stock, and dedicated service offerings for Tesla owners and other EVs.
For Jaunt owners
Every Jaunt has a small CAN data logger on board. Most diagnostics happen remotely. We can see what your battery is doing, what your motor is doing, what your charger is doing, from the workshop, even if your car is in Perth.
Annual service is a workshop visit if you're in Melbourne, or a coordinated visit with a partner workshop if you're not. Parts are stocked in-house. Software updates happen over-the-air or during service.
Owners also get access to the Jaunt owners' Notion workspace: every car has its own page with build photos, spec sheet, service history, charging guide, and our direct contact details for anything that comes up.
For Tesla and other EV owners
Some of the engineering capability we built for Jaunt platforms applies to other electric vehicles. We run dedicated service offerings for cars we don't build, when the work is something we're uniquely equipped to do.

12V system
Many EVs strand themselves on 12V failures the original manufacturer diagnostic doesn't catch. We've seen most of them.
