Custom Builds
Corvettes. Utes. Scouts. Every Jaunt platform started as somebody's custom commission. Yours could be the next one.
How custom works
Every Jaunt build, custom or platform, runs on the same drivetrain architecture. 400V, LFP battery, modern brakes, electric power steering, ADR-compliant. What changes for a custom commission is the body, the packaging, the cabin, and the certification path. We've done one-off cars across most of the postwar vehicle landscape. The brief usually starts with "I have this car and I want to keep driving it forever."
The process
One. Initial conversation and photo triage. We figure out if the car, the brief, and the budget make sense together.
Two. Workshop assessment. The car comes in (or we come to it) for a proper look.
Three. Engineering scope and quote. Written report, written quote, no surprises.
Four. Build. Twelve to twenty months depending on platform, restoration scope, and configuration.
Five. Delivery. Compliance plates, registration paperwork, handover, owner's manual, ongoing support.
